The Comprehensive Skill Assessment for Church-Planters is designed to do a 360 degree assessment of your strengths and weaknesses with regard to 16 areas of skill that have been determined to be important to success in North American church-planting. This is accomplished by having three individuals in addition to yourself respond to a series of yes and no questions based on their observations of your past behaviors and activities. Their responses are compiled with your own self-evaluation to give a thorough preliminary assessment of your potential for effectiveness in North American church-planting.
